My intent is to peel back my own layers of consciousness and sharing insights that often contradict what we're told to believe. It's tricky because spirituality and personal development has been commercialized into something consumable rather than experienced. I'm on a journey of self-examination that's sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes beautiful, but always honest. This is about becoming my whole self, contradictions and all.
